star wars warmups
This is an idea I got off Twitter from @MrCsajko. He created a superhero warmup and I thought, maybe I could create a Star Wars one too. Exercise images are from the Jarrod Robinson Apps "Stretch It" & "Work It". A total of 14 different worlds to visit in the Star Wars Universe. All of these were created with the Comic Life 3 app on the iPad. Here are some samples...
